      Please see the below link (Watch the short 5 minute video) I posted regarding your preseason conditioning that I EXPECT all players to do this week (5 times per week). 
      Its not difficult and its just a start to your conditioning in preparation for July Softball. 
      Preseason Workout #1
      - Bear Crawl (10 yards back and forth- 3X)
      - Reverse Lunge (10-15 reps- 3X)
      - Front Plank (25 seconds- 3X)
