Wauwatosa West started out conference play with a convincing 60-40 win over Menomonee Falls on Friday night. Menomonee Falls started out by scoring the first 5 points of the game as Tosa West failed to score for the first several minutes of the game. Once the Trojans got going though, they never looked back, dominating the game throughout. Tosa West was led in scoring by Irene Phillips who scored 25 points. Maliya Harris chopped in 13 points and Katie McCabe added 8 points. Today West is now 4-0 on the season after winning only 4 regular season games all of last year. Next up for the Trojans is a non conference road game against Nicolet on Tuesday night at 7:15.
